This River Past Cam 3D from riverpast.com would make you able to record 3D anaglyph stereo video from two webcams. It provides output to WMV with choices of WM video codecs with quality settings. Audio can be recorded from sources including microphones, line-in or speakers.

Recording volume can be adjusted manually even during the recording. Offers full control over the WM audio codec, sample rate, channel, bits per sample and bitrate.

You can specify whether you want to use color anaglyph, gray scale anaglyph or pure anaglyph for the 3D video. Preview the video with 3D effect in the preview window and adjust the webcams accordingly. 3D glasses with red/cyan filters are required to look at the preview and the recorded video. It has a built-in scheduler for unattended recording.
