SeeBorg IRC Bot is a kind of bot (robot) that would answer any message that in Chat Room and learn from that. The phrases would make Seeborg learn how to answer using his Artificial Intelligent. This would make the bot answer more natural and make “sense”.

Before the Bot would use “properly”, it its better if you disable the speak ability for two weeks before you finally want to decide to activate the bot. It to create dictionary that would be used to replay the chat message in chat room.
