To create Polygamy ID aka Multi ID aka Multiple Instances of Windows Live Messenger by tweaking Registry Edit, just follow the steps below:
- Go to Registry editor (I believe you already know how to do this)
- Open the folder in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Live
- Choose Messenger Folder and right click on it
- Then create a new DWORD (32 bit) Value name on value name it as MultipleInstances.
- Fill it value data = 1 and choose on base as hexadecimal
- Click OK
Done and you are ready to open Windows Live Messenger as many as you like and login with multiple ID you have of WLM or MSN Messenger.
