I just found a web application relating with Instant Messenger and Twitter. The web messenger tool that I want to discuss here is twip.me.
What twip.me can do?
Twip.me would make you enable to update the twitter status from most popular instant messenger services such as Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, and also Google Talk or Jabber. That means you can pair yur twitter and IM account.
You can recieve twitter update through Instant Messaging, Replay and update you twitter from there, and also follow or unfollow the twitter users ove IM
